For this page, I want to point out one of the most important aspects of color theory: complementary colors.
Specifically, there is a lot of cyan on with the floor. I picked this color because it stood out from Rouge and Shadow the most, but I cyan is a pretty intense color, so I had to balance it elsewhere on the page. I did this my using cyan's complementary color, which is yellow.
Both the bottom panels have a yellow background, and the walls here are also tinted yellow. Since yellow and cyan are opposite colors, this helps balance the two, making the foreground pop out to the viewer.
Ariel perspective was also important on this page since we have a pretty deep shot of the garage on panel 3. You'll see I added depth there by making colors less saturated the further they go in the picture plane.
