Dr. Robotnik sends Metal back in time to takeover Little Planet, but Metal has something else in mind!
I think I'm slowly figuring out smooth shading. The key is to do a lot of planning. You want a clear idea of where the shadows will be, what colors they will be, etc before you even start to shade. The red light in particular was a challenge on this picture. It's not perfect, but I want to experiment more with colored light in the future.
I also wanted to draw a role reversal of this picture:
